Studio Lambert, the production company behind the BAFTA-winning Gogglebox, are making a brand new series for the BBC and looking to speak to artisan food and drink producers who would like the unique opportunity to showcase their products.

This exciting contest gives amateur and small scale food producers a chance to showcase their product and compete against other similar products.

In each episode, we’ll meet four different food producers and get to know them, their product and how it is created. These four food producers are then brought together in a beautiful local shop in Yorkshire where each product has its own “stand”. Each product will be tasted and critiqued by two expert judges as well as members of the local community. The winner is then picked based on the judge’s opinion and the product’s success and popularity with the locals.

To be eligible to apply, they must be an amateur or small scale food producer. This means that the majority of their personal income must not derive from the product or cheffing. If they are passionate about their produce, we want to hear from them.

Terms – Producers must be UK residents and 18 years or over. Closing date for applications 11th June 2017.
