Dear Real Cider,
My director has recently bought a house with some land and has decided he would like to make cider, he's given me the job of finding out all about it as he's often out of the country.
It will literally be starting from scratch, so I need to find out whether the soil is actually suitable for planting trees to purchasing the trees and hopefully one day turning it all into cider.
Any advise would be much appreciated.
