My ciders been fermenting for like 2weeks now and it seems to have fully stopped bubbling. i was told to expect the bubbling to go on for a good 4weeks and also tht fermentation can stop before finished. what do i do here???

Hey Steelcanz,
I would rack off into clean containers/demijons, add some sugar disolved in water and leave - this should start the secondary fermentation off again.
then you should bottle, if you want fizzy - add a teaspoon of sugar to every bottle, or just still - no sugar..
