   Hello

   I'm new to here, so sorry for the bad grammar. In my orchard i have brown snout, and vilberie. This year ive been offered some kingston blacks and bulmers norman. And ive pressed loadsa Bramley to use as the sharp. Do you think it would be a nice mix all together?

   Or what would your blending ideas be with those apples? Any thoughts appreciated.

   If you have enough KB's to make a single brew do it. Great stuff.

   I ahve access to one KB tree but it only fruits every other year. This is the off year.

   Keep cookers to 30% with eaters at 70%. Top up the brew tubs with any Cider fruit. Cookers over 30% will be sharp....;-(
