As a craft beer fan, I am expanding my horizons towards craft cider and perry and hope to start reviewing them on my site (which I now have a link to yours- hope that's ok) I am a home brewer and hope to make a batch of cider soon as a friend bought a small 2nd hand cider press recentlty! Do you plan to include Perry info too? as this is a great drink and the real stuff deserves to get out there and drunk, instead of the mass produced rubbish. Anyway keep up the good work! Perhaps you have been enjoying cider longer than me, probably! About me - I'm a 30 something techie guy, that loves being outdoors. Currently my day job involves handling various client projects for my web company <a href="http://www.callendercreates.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.callendercreates.com</a> which I am director of. My love of cider was in the early 2000's, when a friend introduced me to the many types of delicious Somerset ciders. Hecks, Wilkins and his own produce were put in front of me, that evening began in a cider appreciation night, and the rest is history. I like to attend as many cider events, festivals as possible. There are a great range of beer and cider festivals, where you will be able to sample the good stuff, perhaps local cider to you. My favourite cider festival is probably Welsh cider festival (<a href="http://bit.ly/453XUK" rel="nofollow">http://bit.ly/453XUK</a>) every May bank holiday. This year we have also started making our own cider (<a href="http://bit.ly/fVHnN" rel="nofollow">http://bit.ly/fVHnN</a>) which we hope will encourage our learning of the production process of cider making on a small scale.
