Hello from Vermont. We met Jim and Fiona on their New England tour this winter. We make ice cider in the Quebec style - http://www.edenicecider.com. I agree with Cider Wrangler that good real cider is hard to come by here. We don't make it because we've chosen to focus on ice cider, but I do enjoy Farnum Hill's stuff - especially the Extra-Dry Still. At least in Vermont we have fantastic cheeses to enjoy with our cider!

Hi CamperVanMan - I have the same problem here in Canada, so I sympathise! I'm a British ex-pat so I miss the real stuff on tap. we get a few things here: Westons Organic and Samuel Smith's cider in bottles and some very expensive stuff from a local company called Sea Cider,

Cheers

Hello Cider Folk

I enjoy my cider but living in the Highlands of Scotland makes it difficult to find real cider regularly on tap. Fortunately Blackfriars in my local town, Inverness, has Westons on tap most of the time.

I am a local CAMRA member and do my bit for cider lovers by keeping this page as uptodate as I can -
