At Poverty Lane Orchards in Lebanon, New Hampshire, Stephen Wood and Louisa Spencer make cider from true cider apples. Here’s a look at the process.

The video show various Farnum Hill folks pressing, harvesting and making cider.

It’s interesting to see how they have taken a variety of English cider apples, like Kingston Black that have grown very well in the New Hampshire climate in America.
